All things Edinburgh Festival 2012

This year rather than send out a constant stream of  articles and blogs from the Edinburgh Fringe I’m going to list and link them all on this page so you can read them at your leisure. Its a way to wholesale my various bits and pieces.

18th August – A blog for Edinburgh Festival Magazine 3Weeks  I wrote on writing an autobiographical show.

14th August – My fourth blog in the 6 Hats series. I was curious to know what its like to be a critic at the fringe, so I sat down with Stephanie Merritt from the Observer and Julian Hall from the Independent to talk star rating, criticism and keeping an open mind.

7th August – My third blog in the 6 Hats series. This time I’m talking with Adam Hills about staying positive at the fringe. Huffington Post

5th August – Art or Sport? How to Decide? Here’s a short blog on Olympics V the Fringe in the Independent.

31 July – This is the second blog in the series of De Bono driven blogs from the fringe. This is all about creative thinking, a clown dropping balls of a 25ft bollard and why we need a statue of Simon Munnery in Bristo Square. Huffington Post Blog

25th July – Here’s my first blog in a series of 5 that I’ll be writing on the Edinburgh Fringe using Edward De Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats as a guide. The first is written using the Blue hat of planning and the White hat of neutral objective data. – Huffington Post Blog

20th July – This is an online version of Fest Mag, I’m on page 35 in a nice little interview by Jay Richardson featuring myself and Paul Foot – Online Fest Mag Preview
